I realized I'd delayed my final cruise post for quite a while now, so here it is!
Days 6&7:
Day 6 was another sea day with no stops. We filled our time by trying sushi (which for the record I DON'T like) and bowling. Then we danced the night away at the White Out party! Everyone wore white and they had music blasting and lights dancing and even a random guy on stilts.
And now for Day 7, our final stop. Nassau, Bahamas!
Me and my sisters right off the port in Nassau. That's the famous Atlantis Resort behind us!
And here we are at Atlantis! We were only allowed in certain areas since we were visitors and not staying at the resort but it was still pretty cool to walk around and explore a bit. Unfortunately the famous water park with that awesome slide that goes through a shark tank (ever heard of it?...) had an entry fee of $150 per person so needless to say that's still on my bucket list for now.
We took a guided tour around the island and made a quick stop to see Fort Fincastle. It was cool to see it still standing after a few centuries and the view from the top was of course great.
I don't want to bore you with too many pics but here's a few I snapped on the tour:
A sleeping dog and a man selling his freshly made paintings on the street.
All the buildings on the island are fun, bright colors, I love it!
Some pretty awesome graffiti!
After the tour was over we headed for the beach to enjoy the sand and water one last time. This little guy was so dang cute! I just wanted to take him home. He was full of energy and kept running down the dock and jumping into the shallow water.
When we got back onto the ship that night we decided this was our only chance to go in an ice bar on a cruise ship so we took the opportunity! My sister had been wanting to see it the whole time so she was pretty excited :) It ended up being pretty small but really cool none the less!
Well, that's the last of my cruise posts! I had a ton more photos than I posted but you're probably sick of them by now anyway, haha. Hope you enjoyed a peak into the best vacation of my life. I'd go back in a heartbeat! When it was time to go home I wanted to stay on that ship another month! For now I'll just have to dream..
